Return of quality goods
According to the applicable laws of Ukraine, Buyers who purchased the goods on the website of online store "Svydis Ukraine" (hereinafter the "Seller") have a right to return the goods to the Seller within 14 calendar days from the date of registration of the purchase, without specifying the reason, if that fact does not violate the legislation of Ukraine On Protection of Consumers' Rights (if you wish to find out more about the law, click here). The Buyer shall return the goods, provided that the previously purchased goods have been delivered, at his/her own expense to the address: 21, V. Khvoyka str., office 202, 04080, Kyiv.
The seller accepts the goods only in undamaged original packaging and in the appropriate complete set. When returning the goods, the Buyer shall provide the Seller with a way-bill for the purchase of this product or another document confirming the fact of its purchase. The return conditions do not apply to the paint materials with damaged metal packaging, without the accessories (if the purchase was made complete with hardener and solvent) and the paint selected by the code.
Having examined and evaluated the returned goods, the Seller undertakes to return the funds to the buyer's account within 10 calendar days.
Return of defective goods or goods in incomplete set.
A buyer who wants to appeal a defective product or product in incomplete set can send a claim to the e-mail address svydis@svydis.com.ua or contact the service manager.
In this case, the Buyer is obliged to provide the following information:
1. The number of the electronic order and a copy of the document confirming the purchase of the goods;
2. The date and method of delivery of the goods;
3. The description of the defect or breach of the complete set and photo of the goods;
The period of consideration of the complaint by the Seller and compensation for damage is 1-3 days.
Warranty and post-warranty maintenance of tools and equipment.
The buyer who wishes to apply for warranty or post-warranty maintenance of the purchased goods may send an application to the e-mail address svydis@svydis.com.ua or contact the service manager.
In this case, the buyer is obliged to provide the following information:
1. A copy of the document confirming the purchase of the goods;
2. Description of the malfunction and circumstances of the failure;
3. To specify the address of the location of the goods, if the purchased goods are stationary;
4. To inform how and when the goods will be delivered for warranty maintenance at the address 21, V. Khvoyka str., office 202, and to deliver it;
the response time of the Seller to the application is 24 hours from the moment of delivery of the goods for warranty maintenance at the address of the Seller.
The seller must fix the defects of the goods within 14 days from the time of the application by the Buyer. The specified term can be increased with the consent of the parties. In the case that the spare parts are needed to fix a problem the warranty maintenance period is extended for the time of delivery of the spare part.
The warranty maintenance is not performed:
- Upon the expiry of the warranty period;
- When you try to repair the tool yourself;
- With mechanical damage to the tool;
- If there are foreign objects inside the tool (dust, shavings and other impurities);
- When the power tool is overloaded or jammed (simultaneous failure of the armature and stator);
- At natural deterioration of the details, caused by intensive use of the tool;
- In the presence of traces of damages caused by fire or corrosive liquids, if there is rust inside or outside the tool;
- If the instrument is not operated correctly (in violation of the operating instructions);
- When using accessories not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Warranty does not apply to the changing parts (batteries, cutting discs, polishing wheels and discs, fasteners, etc.), wearing parts (carbon brushes, rubber seals, filters, bearings, oil seals etc.), and to power supply cables.
